The School of World Missions (SWM) is the graduate school of Every Nation Leadership Institute. Students who aspire to become pastors, missionaries, and campus ministers undergo a one year academic and practical, hands-on training on ministry competence. Graduates of SWM earn a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership (MACL) degree.

Also, SWM works hand-in-hand with the Asian Theological Seminary (ATS) by including in its curriculum a Graduate Diploma in Intercultural and Urban Studies.
