Equipping a New Generation of Leaders

The vision of our ministry is to reach Every Nation in Our Generation. To accomplish this goal, we must evangelize the lost, establish new believers, equip them to minister, and empower them to make disciples of all nations by sending out men and women into the harvest fields of the world.

Three Schools of ENLI Every Nation Leadership Institute plays a vital role in this process. It exists to teach, equip, and motivate each member of the Every Nation family of churches and ministries to make disciples and to maximize their fruitfulness, no matter what area of Christian service they are called to.

Every Nation Leadership Institute School of Ministry is a two-year, part-time program. The first year focuses on the disciple-making process, and the second year on developing leadership skills that can be applied to all areas of life.

The Every Nation School of World Missions is a nine-month intensive leadership course designed to provide training for future pastors, church planters, and cross-cultural missionaries. This course equips students in the biblical, theological, and ministry foundations vital for effective church and ministry leadership. It is geared towards providing the students with the impartation of the five-fold ministry and training in cross-cultural ministry.

Victory Christian School (VCS) exists to provide college preparatory education with an emphasis on Christian character, scholarship, and leadership. We seek to educate children with a biblical worldview.
